We are first-time cat parents, and this vet is close to our house, so it is very convenient for us. Our cat is a rescue and very nervous at the vet and around other people, but all the staff here do a wonderful job making him feel comfortable, and answering all our questions. We are fortunate that our little guy hasn't had any major health concerns, only routine wellness visits, but as he gets older, I am reassured knowing that his vet is close by and that they are well-equipped to provide excellent care for our fluffy boy. At our most recent visit, we did have to wait to be seen as they were very busy, but it actually was to our benefit, as it gave our cat a chance to get used to the exam room before the visit so he was able to relax a little.

We are new to Norwichtown Veterinary hospital and have had a very good start. The Doctors there are prompt, caring and helpful. They are considerate of costs and try to guide you to good decisions. The staff are courteous and friendly, they make you feel welcome. One time we showed up on the wrong day for an appointment and they had us stay and found a way to fit us in. We really appreciate their efforts!

I have never been to a more caring practice. I have worked with several of the vets and they are all amazing. DR. Pacheco is my favorite, she is sweet, compassionate, caring and just truly amazing!

We originally went with a different vet in the area and were never really quite satisfied with them. Finally our dog had some issues and one morning something broke in his heart and we had to let him go. I was scrambling trying to find somewhere to help and luckily called them. They said I could bring him right down and they would fit me in. Everyone was very professional and helpful. We will be bringing our cat here from now on and any future pets as well.

There's ample parking on the side with an entrance near the underpass, compact car parking in front, and a ball field parking lot across the street. The staff is courteous and juggles a busy office well. The vets are kind and patient with repeat questions. There's not a whole lot of space on the waiting room to keep distance between pets, but it's clean, comfortable and has complimentary refreshments.

I have been taking my pets to the Norwichtown Veterinary Hospital for many years and have watched the changes from when I started. The improvements in service, and the facility since Dr Satterfield purchased the practice is amazing. All the Vets are first rate and the staff is also great. I have recommended NVH to a lot of people and will continue to do so, I and my pet are always treated with courtesy and check in for appointments and follow up are handled without problems. It is a great place to entrust the care of your pets hands down.
