I bought a puppy from the Puppy Shop it was well taken care of. Cyndi. Thank you for my puppy Charlee. She is so sweet. My husband is in the St Luke Nursery Home. I take Charlee with me when I go to visit. My husband and some of the other residents in there love her so much. I hear that ones want one just like her. Just wanted you to know how loved and happy Charlee is.

We travel out of town and usually make a stop here. Store is clean and usually organized. There isn't any staff on floor besides the cashier so it's difficult to find help or ask questions. I always look forward to the female cashier who always has a bright attitude. Kind of makes up for the lack of floor staff.

This one star is to the male manger who this evening was completely rude to me when I came in to exchange my dead fish. His excuse for his attitude was he had food in his mouth. I walked to the back by the fish and wasn't sure if he worked there so I ask "do you work here?" He looked at me and said yes. I explained how I had two fish die only 5 days after buying them, he said they look like the 40 cent ones, I showed him my receipt to prove they were 5.99 and 6.99. He was rude the whole time I was trying to pull up my receipt on my phone. This very nice woman who helped me 5 days ago was completely understanding so I asked her for help instead. I wanted nothing to do with the guy who had attitude and rudeness towards me. I even asked for the manager due to his behavior and he told me he is the manager. I'm not sure how someone could manger a pet store with that kind of negativity and rudeness!

i went back and forth on my opinion on how my exerience was with my dogs grooming appointment here. I was not happy at all. Considering what we paid. Half of our dogs nails werent even trimmed,the ther half were seemed as though the groomer was in a hurry to get it done.

There was a black Betta fish with obvious swim bladder disease so I brought it to the front register to tell the guest specialist on shift. I got told “go put him back on the betta wall”. No care given or taken from view of other guests in the store. Was unable to take picture as I put the betta back and left.

We made the trip to Kearney to buy our daughter a hamster from North Platte. We were very disappointed when we arrived and they were sold out. Our fault we should have called in advance. Needless to say we had a very upset 8 year old. She had been looking forward to this as it was her Christmas present from us. Well the manager seen how upset she was and informed us that they had one that had been picked on in the back. They could not sell him but that we could adopt him. My daughter was so happy and she got to adopt him. Not only did our daughter get her hamster but we also left with a crested gecko. The Manager and young lady that were working that day were simply amazing. And we will for sure be back!
