I don't know what to think about the bording service. We left my dog for 5 days. The girl who greeted us had a very arrogant attitude that did not generate confidence in me. and when we went to the place where my dog would be, it was like a prison, small, considering that my dog almost couldn't fit. When we picked him up he had two scratches on his face and two scratches on his nose, and the boy who didn't hand him over didn't tell us anything at all about that. Could you recommend another place where I could leave my dog?

My cat would throw up almost every day after eating for 8 years. The first time I took her here they found my cat had a pancreas issue and put her on a special cat food. No other vet even had a clue. Update: cat goes in monthly now for an arthritis shot. She can hardly lay down without it. I'm just happy these vets knew what to do to make her life better. FYI my review is not fake...

Dr. Nicole and her nicest assistants were so kind and compassionate with our kitty. They were very thorough and attentive to her and nothing was hurried. They were also very respectful and considerate of our feelings.They are the best at what they do and we can’t say enough good about them. They are who you want to trust with your pet. My Chloe wasn’t going to make it and Dr. Nicole wrapped her up in a soft blanket with a heating pad. 💙

In the last nine months I have had to say goodbye to my two 14 year old cats - one in May and one in February. Dr. Adolf came to my home and with great kindness and compassion helped both my cats and me get through it. He and his assistant made a very sad situation better... allowing me as much time as I needed. I could not have been treated better, and I am very thankful.

Don’t recommend boarding your pet here. Both of our dogs came back weird symptoms. One of our dogs isn’t able to poop and she’s bleeding from her butt. Her behavior was very off as well and she’s usually excited to see us but wasn’t. Our other dog has been pooping way too much and when I looked in the bag his food bag was pretty full as I gave him enough food for the whole stay so the bag should’ve been empty. Their blankets and bed were also REEKED of pee and when i touched the blankets they were soaking of pee, which shows me they weren’t let out when they were supposed to be.

I thought I had an appointment, but messed up the date and time. They still squeezed my cat in for her distemper shots. The Vets and Techs are always so good with my girl, even when she hisses at them.
