Terrible vet at this office. He was condescending, hostile, uninformative, and insulting. Yes, I admit I ask questions. I have a PhD in biomedical science and I ask questions, as well as expect reasonable explanations and alternative treatments. He would not provide them and began insulting me and my dog. I was polite until then when I pointed it out and insisted he listen it in a not very polite voice. He left the office. The staff is great, very kind, organized, and the appointment was easy to get. I'm grateful for that.

Amazing vets at this office, but they’ve unfortunately taken on too many patients and it’s impossible to get a sick visit, which has made it pointless the last 2 times my dog has needed care. In the winter, we were told 4 weeks to be seen for an inflamed and painful ear infection, and ended up paying a lot of money to be seen by an emergency vet days later because all other vets in Frederick required you to be an established patient for a sick visit. I choked this up to a one time thing in the winter. Fast forward to the spring, and it’s another 3 weeks for an appt for an injured wrist. Very frustrating.

They have always provided extensive details about our pets’ conditions, symptoms, medications, etc. We especially like Dr. Griffiths. He takes the time to thoroughly examine our pets, explains all options for treatment.

Absolutely amazing Vet. We’ve used a number of Vets over the years and this is by far the best! They don’t try to find things to charge you and really just want to take of the problems and answer questions. Thanks to all the staff for taking care of our pups!

The very best vets I've taken my dogs. Been coming here for about 11 years. The pricing is also very reasonable.
