I’ve been taking my dogs here for 2 years and now they are demanding pre-payment or they will cancel appointment. (New policy).I have always paid immediately and was told by Katie I could leave since my appointment was canceled. I will go elsewhere.

They were able to get my new dog in on extremely short notice, took such good care of him, they were all so kind and of loving to him, (he was a bit scared). I can't recommend them highly enough!

Took our new cat Thor in to be checked out. He is a somewhat grumpy, 6 year old outside cat that doesn't like car rides, so getting him to the vet made him unhappy. Once we were at the clinic, we were greeted professionally and sat in a nice, clean, comfortable waiting area. There is plenty of space in the waiting area so other pet owners that came and went could get by without animals getting upset or excited. Our technician, Alexis, greeted us and took us to an exam room. She was friendly and thorough We were given options to get him up to date on his vaccinations. Dr. Sapp examined Thor and gave him the vaccinations. Both were great with our cat and provided us with some good information to keep him healthy. Thor was surprisingly cooperative and even let the staff give him a little love by the end of the visit! We had a great experience and will be returning with Thor for his future care!

We have been taking our dog to Woodburn Vet Clinic for boarding for nearly a year now. It’s such a good experience for him! He is always so happy to be there and the staff genuinely care about him. It’s comforting to us to know that he’s in great care while we are away.

We have received exceptional care for our dog at the Woodburn Veterinary Clinic. They brought Enzo back to life several years ago, for which we are truly thankful, and have continued to give wonderful care ever since. The staff is friendly and helpful. Enzo loves going to the doctor and especially loves Megan, his best friend. Dr Ryan is very thorough and gives great explanations. We are totally happy with their service and highly recommend them for all veterinary needs.

Dr. Titus and the staff at Woodburn Veterinary Clinic are an example of what veterinary care should be like everywhere. Their kindness, compassion and love for animals is exemplary. They took time to answer any questions we had "even from the children" and explain everything they were doing. We live 46 miles away but it's worth the drive for us and our dog Lucy knowing she will get the best possible care at a reasonable price.
