Was told someone would call and follow up! That was 3 weeks ago. Nobody called and they had their minds made up when they did the intake! So they may help some people but they choose who and why:

I went there to visit somebody and ended up getting a ticket for parking there. A teeny tiny sign as you go into the entrance that you can't park there but nothing on the regular parking. The manager was rude and explaining to me what was going on. I can honestly say I'm not prejudice but she sure was. I tried to explain to her that I did not see the sign I came in and didn't see the sign . How's I can say is she was very rude
