Our German Shepherd was having ear problems real red and sore. Looked up emergency vet and found SAVES. So glad we did. The moment we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly staff. The office was clean and pleasant to the eye. Joanna and Brianna took very good care of us. There was another lady but I didn’t get her name she left before we left she wore glasses. All the front staff were very friendly and professional. Mikayla our tech came out to get extra information on why we were there. She seemed very concerned about our baby. Then we got to see the doctor, Dr. Christopher Johnson was very friendly and professional he provided us with step by step on what he was going to do to help our baby. Overall we were very pleased with our whole experience and if we ever need emergency assistance we will always go there. Glad to say after a day on medication our baby is back to normal. We can’t thank them enough.

Wow, what a delightful experience it was to call and make an appointment! I must say, the receptionist who answered the phone on today August 12,2024 around 10:30 AM really knows how to make you feel... special. From the moment she answered the phone, I was greeted with a tone that could only be described as *exquisitely uninterested*. Her sarcastic remarks and thinly veiled annoyance were a real treat. It’s not every day you find someone who can turn a simple question ( do you have appointments available?)into a full-blown exercise in patience. I especially appreciated the way she managed to make me feel like I was wasting her precious time by wanting to ensure my pet’s well-being. Such a refreshing change from those overly cheerful and helpful receptionists you find at most other places. If you're looking for an appointment-making experience that leaves you wondering if you accidentally called the wrong number, look no further. Five stars for the sarcasm, zero for the service." Reply to owner: Unless you were on the phone call please disregard your reply. The receptionist who was in the wrong (Tammi/Tammy) who called me to say she was being “quite frank” via voicemail and left me text messages to cover her trail was one hundred percent unprofessional. As a business degree graduate, there is no need to reply with absurdity.

I went here with my bulldog Ella because she wasn’t acting right that morning. As soon as I walked in someone came in and swept her up and took her right back to give her oxygen. They kept coming in to give me updates. Our sweet Bulldog unfortunately didn’t make it. I know they did everything they could for her as I signed a DNR. She was almost 8 and we didn’t want to put her through that. The staff and Vet were very friendly and they let me take as much time as I needed to say goodbye. We had our sweet Ella cremated and will pick her up and bring her home as soon as she is ready.

I’ve been here twice with two separate pets. SAVES did everything in their power to keep my pets alive. It’s the only 24 hour hospital I’ll trust at this point as they were willing to work with me regardless payment and pricing. Unfortunately not both pets made it, but it wasn’t their fault. They were very caring to the situation when we lost our baby. They left us a room and gave us time to say our goodbyes. Very upfront and honest. Would highly recommend. Great service and they CARE.

Sadly we had to rush our Fur Sun Chase (only 4 years old) to the Pet ER last week…he had been suffering with Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia for a couple of months. From what I’m reading now and Dr. Harper noticing jaundice and him being on prednisone and azathioprine apparently it destroyed his liver and he begin committing and couldn’t stand that morning, he started breathing heavy and begin seizing nonstop to the ER… The staff came right out and took him in performing CPR but were unable to save him. Honestly after seizing that long, more than likely his brain wouldn’t have been the same nor his quality of life. We are So Very “Grateful” for the care and kindness shown to our fur baby and us. With heartfelt gratitude we Thank you all! (Dr. Harper, Amber, Naterean & Tammie) We can tell you truly care🥰

I wish i never brought my dog to this place April of this year my brother brought her for a a really bad nose bleed it was late at night and for it to be considered a 24 hour vet hospital nearest to us it was the only option ,the “ doctor “ had no access to no machines to figure what was wrong only performed a scan checked her nose and saw nothing to be worried about only advice nasal spray , two months later we noticed her abdomen expanding thought she was pregnant nose bleed came back so i went to another animal hospital but they advised this place cause they X-rays were down and again it’s 24HRS . I took her cause i was desperate . They check her out and come back tell me after another scan to her stomach it looks nasty and the only solution was to put her down due to kidney failure.I needed time to think about this , TIME in which they took from me . So i asked is there anything i can give her until me and my family come to a decision on what to do . Supposedly they gave her something for the “pain “ and sent me home with a couple of pills .. within days i saw her physically declined overnight after leaving this animal hospital she started vomiting, diarrhea , seizures , losing weight etc . I took her there Friday and she was gone Sunday , so concluding i will never bring another dog that i love to this place EVER AGAIN
