I have a tremendous amount of respect for the amazing people who run and volunteer at the animal shelter. They give everything they've got all day everyday. A lot of times it's a thankless job and people don't see the struggles and sad times. I'm very grateful for the volunteers and Cheryl for the spectacular jobs they do.

We recently adopted a 6 month old puppy. Everything went smoothly. The adoption prices are lower than any other place we looked. Our puppy only cost $100 but has had all of his vaccinations and was fixed. You will want to make an appointment to view the animals they have. That is understandable since most everyone there are volunteers. We felt so strongly about their wanting to help the animals that we signed up as volunteers to help.
