Anytime I’ve ever needed help. They helped me with no hesitation. They are concerned about your pet not just what they can make off of your pet being sick. They do need donations because they are a nonprofit organization so anything does help. Mostly cats reside there but there is also veterinarian services for dogs as well. They do shots, spay/neuter. The staff is lovely and friendly and as helpful as they can be. The new Tech I think is a phenomenal new asset to the team She genuinely cares about your baby So Katrin good choice on that one. Pete You have to give the man credit He’s 80 years old and he still shows up I must say his bedside manner has also improved. Chihuahuas are his favorite breed of dog (not that he discriminates) So just be prepared if you have one That’s friendly and not afraid they will definitely get some lovings from Pete lol sorry so long. I usually don’t even do reviews, but I just felt that sometimes People don’t give this place enough credit and don’t realize how much This establishment helps not only The wealthy, Middle class, They also help the people that are just making it by but love their baby And just need a little help sometimes. So thank you for always being good to me whenever I’ve needed help. 🐾🦴🐶🐈🐈⬛
Awesome staff that has helped me tremendously this past week. I really didn't expect to find the help I desperately needed(mainly because it was all so last minute, which was my own fault) and, much to my surprise, I received a phone call last Friday from Betsy. She really did everything in her power to assist me in my endeavor. Betsy made it all possible so that me and my two kitties were able to get in on Monday! When I arrived I met Heather, a very kind young woman who also highly impressed me with her willingness to work with my hectic timing and schedule, was able to even allow me to show up slightly past the closing time! I really didn't expect such amazing and caring customer service because, generally speaking, most businesses during this pandemic don't seem to be as proactive and effective. I was wrong to assume that Animal Kind would be like most other businesses. They seriously showed how much they care and are willing to help their customers, and the animals, that are in desperate need of help. I am absolutely grateful for Betsy's understanding nature and her true care of my delicate situation. I had lost all hope only an hour before she called me on Friday and she truely has been a blessing to me and my kitties. Her love and compassion for the well-being of animals in need shined through from the moment I answered her call. I highly recommend Animal Kind to all that read this. They offer a litany of services as well but they seriously go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of whoever calls to inquire. I know my kitties are in excellent hands while I am unable to have them, and for that, I am forever thankful. -Matt
This is the greatest NO KILL shelter I have ever been to. I am sad to say I had to bring Shadow... But they were great about everything and assured me that she would not be harmed and found a new home.
A great cat rescue. Wonderful people caring for some healthy and some needy kitties! If you're looking for your next feline friend or soul mate, give AnimalKind a visit.
They do great work! I run a small cat rescue and I stopped by to donate a bunch of food that had been donated to me and I can't use it all. I'd rather have it go to someone who can use it than to have it go bad. They have a food pantry for folks who can't afford it and I like to pass it on if I can.
They’ve been helping me with a problematic feral cat at my house. I’ve accepted the fact that this animal is basically my responsibility. It’s tough because he’s been here before I moved in and has “issues” with my indoor cat. Maybe I’ll build a “Catio” and the two of them can reach an “understanding”… but kudos to Animal Kind for loving animals and taking on the effort to protect them.
