Dr. Brown was the only one willing to do surgery to fix our little girls leg. We traveled 7 hours and it was more than worth it. We were told by other specialists she would have to have it amputated because of a poor alignment/heal. But after a bone graft she is running, jumping and living her best life with all 4 of her legs. Thank you so much to Dr. Brown, and all of the amazing staff at Animal Care Center.

Let me explain the one star rating! This rating is NOT directed to the hard working and caring staff of animal care Center. It is directed to Vet Evolve. Vet Evolve is the owner of animal care Center. And I have been a client of Animal care Center for 36 years. Since Dr. Brown Who is a Fantastic veterinarian SOLD animal care Center to Vet Evolve major changes have occurred especially with pricing. Every time I take my pets in there is a new price increase. This seems to be a recurring change to all clinics that Vet Evolve has purchased and Yes I have researched your company. According to their website they promote HAPPY! Happy Employees, Happy Pets, Happy Clients. I Am NOT HAPPY! And before “The owner of Animal Care Center “ replies with a response to this rating to tell me to contact the office, I already did! And my call has not been returned and I have also messaged you through Facebook and was told if I don’t get a response in a week to message again! My advice to people is if Vet Evolve doesn’t care about a concern with a 36 year devoted client to call them back, then they don’t care about your concerns.

Dr. brown and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Brown goes into great detail to keep you informed on your fur babies. I totally trust him with my Italian Greyhounds and have no problem driving the 3 hours one way to see him.

This team is amazing! Everyone is always welcoming, friendly, and supportive. It is very assuring to have community of care professionals that genuinely care about the well-being of your pets. Dr. Jessica Ferrell-Blankenship is always extremely thorough during routine and problem visits and is very professional during interactions. She does a great job with communicating health information. I feel very confident in her clinical judgement and care recommendations.

This is hands down best place to bring your fur babies. They love animals are respectful and give you choices on services in a way that doesn't make you feel shamed or pressured into your choices. They provide a clean, safe environment and handle your babies with care and love for animals you can feel. I am so glad we found them and started our AKC boxer puppies at this vet. We are very pleased with the services we have received.
