Over the years Chesdin Animal Hospital, owned by Dr. Richard Grenoble, along with his staff, I've experienced the emotional highs and lows of pet ownership. Dr. Grenoble's professional level of care is only matched by his compassion. Following in the footsteps of his late father Dr. Grenoble carries forward the name so well recognized in the veterinary community. I myself began taking my pets to Chesdin Animal Hospital many years ago. After relocating more than an hour away I continue to trust the care and treatment of my pets to Dr. Grenoble. You'll always be greeted by professional staff and technicians who genuinely care about you and your pet. Listen to the conversations in the waiting area and you'll hear the testimonies from patients who brought their pets to the late Dr Grenoble and continue to trust the care of their pets to Chesdin Animal Hospital and Dr. Richard Grenoble.

The whole Chesdin family is just Amazing all the way around. I look forward to them breaking ground on there new building. Still Worth the wait for now. Dr. Grenoble is in his prime and one of the most caring laid back Dr I have met.

Everyone was very very nice. My dog was treated so good. I trusted their advice on her needs and was pleasantly pleased all around. The vet was great.

I could not emphasize enough how amazing this office is. The veterinarian was very patient and welcoming to my pup, even when my anxious guy nipped at him. He made my dog’s care a top priority even though it was close to closing hours when he was seen. The front desk woman was also very helpful and friendly when I came to pick him up the next day. I would recommend this office to anyone and will happily make the 45 minute drive here moving forward instead of going to any of the vet office down the road from me.

Took my dog there with serious issues that required surgery the same day. They were all fantastic to deal with and the place was spotless. She is recovering nicely and I appreciate them taking care of her.

This is the best Veterinary practice I have been to in Virginia. They treated us so well. The Vet was nice and understanding and had patience with my sick dog. The prices are reasonable, and Staff is friendly. Grateful for this practice!
