Above and beyond excellent customer service! My boyfriend hit a deer on a Friday night of a holiday weekend and while waiting for a deputy to come assist with a report, Tonya had the policy number and exactly what to do for a claim. I filed the claim using the Shelter app and also emailed pictures to Tonya. By the time the office opened up on Tuesday morning due to the holiday on Monday, the claim was completed.

Tonya and Shelter are the best!!! Have all our insurance with them. Good experience if you should have to file a claim. I like having someone local that knows my situation and not having to call an 800 number wherever!!!

I have had my insurance with this agency for over 25 years. I have kept my insurance here in spite of moving away because I trust them to always take care of my needs, whether it be home, auto, rental property or life insurance on my children. They take care of everything with a simple text, email or phone call. Always prompt with very personal service. I would recommend Tonya and her staff for any type of insurance coverage! After 2 days of runaround and high quotes for car insurance, called Shelter and in 3 minutes Kate had me insured for $55 a month less for same coverage. Love them!
