Excellent place to take your fur babies for birth control. Very reasonable costs for day surgery. Starts at $45 and goes up depending on procedure and weight. $45 for all cats and male dogs. Variable cost for female dogs. Professional and clean facility. Definitely recommend!
Five babies have been taken care of here, and two more will be soon. Extremely affordable when you have multiple animals. Truly appreciate their service!
I understand that it is a shelter, and it's hard to find good help, but the place is always very dirty, and so are the animals. Went to look at the dogs, and so many of them were filthy and sick from the conditions of the cages. I will say, though, the ladies were very nice and were very helpful. On the other hand, the help in the back who were cleaning the kennels were very rude, and I get they are cleaning poop but still.
They’re annoyed to ever answer any questions (if answered correctly) and it’s impossible to get ahold of them. Goodness forbid you get on their wrong side, the whole town will become privy to it. I think there’s many ways this shelter could do better. Would rather drive out to anywhere but here.
Just had breakfast and it's definitely delicious 😋 Cheaper than I thought also 🫶 Thank you for the amazing service 🤗 We had the Brisket Biscuit and bacon tacos with hash rounds .
After reading the reviews I have to agree with many of the negative ones. Had a similar experience. I saw a dog online that I was very interested in and called about it. The young lady I spoke with was very helpful and very nice initially. I asked about their fees and their procedures and this was all explained to me. I again said I was very interested and filled out adoption paperwork and explains that I lived 6 hours away but that I was willing to make the trip and stay for the necessary days to complete the process. The next day I called to make sure the adoption paperwork was received and asked if I could have a few more pictures since I could not easily get there due to the distance. The so-called social media director sent me one picture with no explanation via messenger, but I was grateful for the one picture. However, she then turned around and posted numerous other pictures of the dog and a huge exposé on their Facebook page that was obviously geared to making sure this dog got adopted by someone else. Well I'm thrilled that the dog is going to have a good home, I feel I was treated very poorly. Realizing exactly what was about to happen, I did respectfully ask that they let me know if the dog did get adopted so that I did not make the long trip there only to find there was no dog. They waited until right before closing to let me know the dog had been adopted. I did thank them for letting me know but told them I was very disappointed in how I was treated. I received a response back telling me I was supposed to be thrilled for this dog and how happy they were that the dog had been adopted. This very much felt like rubbing salt in the wound. I would highly recommend staying away from this particular organization.
