Thank you very much for assisting my family with unexpectedly having to board our dog. Your facility is beautiful and clean and your staff all clearly enjoy their jobs. The email updates from Margaret were wonderful her emails put mine and my 10 year old son's minds at such ease knowing she was doing well and being taken care of. I’ve been to a lot of veterinary hospitals, this is by far the best, most comfortable atmosphere to bring my best friend. They let me stay with him the entire time, and I couldn’t ask for a better situation - I’m ALWAYS stressed about bringing my dog to the vet, and usually he is too! Not anymore! Thank you to the staff @ Tender Touch, you have made both my life easier & less stressful - but also my bubs! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Took care of my two dogs and it was wonderful! Pictures ever couple days put my mind at ease. My old gal at 15 was very happy ever though she had never been in a kennel situation.

Vet & staff were amazing! This was our fur baby's (Rustee) 1st visit here. They were compassionate and understanding about his nervousness. We will definitely be back. Rustee eventually calmed down, and after a few visits he will be just as comfortable as he was with his Vet in TN.

Dr. Lyle and Kirsten love their patients, it’s clear. They saw my anxious terrier through her appointment with minimal stress and handled her reactiveness to a blood draw safely and calmly. I followed Dr. Lyle here from her former practice, because I’ll never forget how compassionately she led me through another pet’s end of life care.

As a new client/patient I must say I am quite impressed with Tender Touch. I am always somewhat hesitant when entering a veterinary waiting room, expecting a possible stressful situation, but their system of check in & check out allows for no (or very minimal) interaction with other pets. The staff are always professional and very friendly. They take time to answer any & all questions as well as show special attention to your pet. The facility is very warm & neat and there are no unpleasant smells. We are so glad we found Tender Touch!
