My pets have been with Dr. Sood for 13yrs. I wouldn’t have it any other way! He’s professional and treats your pets as if they’re his own! He has an amazing staff and many followers that love this clinic.

Dr. Sood is the best! Thankful for a knowledgeable veterinarian that always takes the time to explain what is going on and answer all of my questions. Can’t recommend him & his expertise enough!!! The vet techs are always kind and tell me how good my dog is for them when they take him in the back!

Unreliable and unprofessional. Been a customer for only a few months and during this time I had two appointments pushed back at the last minute and three other times was told to seek services at other clinics for urgent issues. They also established care with a Vet that only works in this office once a month and is unreachable for any calls or anything in between. All I needed was a form signed for insurance but nope. Also asked to speak with Dr. Sood several times and even that took weeks. He has yet to ever meet my dog. So yea, as a first timer with dogs and Vets, I’m hoping my next clinic won’t be so horrendous as this one. On a positive note, Liz the office manager is nice, and really tried to be accommodating, but there have been too many issues for such a short period of time. If you are understaffed to handle your current patient load, then don’t take on new ones.

Dr Sood is amazing! I arrived from out of town on a Saturday afternoon and one of my yorkies was having breathing issues, dr Sood gave me advice over the phone after they were closed and an appt in his office for Monday. Lewey is now feeling much better! I can't thank him and his wonderful staff enough!

My experience with the Doctor Sood at Countryside Vet has been so very kind and so good to our Mocha & Kali. He also took care of Misty until he had to "put her down". The women at the front desk are very kind also, including Theresa, Jennifer, Haylee, and a few others whose names I don't know. The whole group including the Tech's give such sweet attention to our dogs, and we are so grateful to have these people taking care of our precious dogs.

Our dog Hannah started limping, she wouldn’t walk on her right foot, she held it up so as not to use it. . I checked her foot, took out what looked like a thorn, she still wouldn’t use it, we took her to Countrside and they did fit her in between Dr Soods appts. They have been very good to us and our pets there. Dr. Sood checked her out and looked between her toes, must of found something, said to put her down and within seconds she was putting her weight on it! Thank you Dr Sood! 2nd day out and doing well😄 Very friendly there and have never had a problem.
