We recently had to put our beloved cat Bootsy to sleep. They were so accommodating and wonderful to deal with. Cascade West staff has been great about helping us with our pet's needs and helping us to stay calm during our pet's health emergencies as well. 10/10 would recommend. 🥀

When my vet wouldn’t call me back for a cat emergency, I reached out to Cascade West and Rachel at the front desk was phenomenal and had me bring her in immediately on a Friday afternoon. Tara was so kind and explained everything that needed to be done, gave me a cost estimate prior to treatment so I knew what to expect and Chai received the care she needed. I am switching all of my animals to Cascade West. Thank you for treating us with compassion and it shows you truly love your clients.

Cascade west has been a real blessing to our family. They’ve been with us for emergencies with our horses as well as routine care. Dr Afeldt explains things well,listens well and uses common sense. Dr.Dooda has been out for 2 emergencies for us. The last time was a horrific facial laceration our mare gave herself. It healed so well you can only see a tiny spot was even injured and it won’t show at all when the hair grows in. It never even got infected.

They continue to save my mentally deficient goat. Flapjack is a complete imbecile and seems to like to skirt death at least once a year. From listeria, to skull fractures, to ankle sprains, and inexplicable bloat from eating sticks; Cascade Vet Hospital has pulled him from the brink over and over. Can't recommend them enough. During a recent brush with death I left his collar there and they held on to it for multiple months when I completely forgot about it. This place really cares. Pricing is more than reasonable and they are incredibly patient. I ask a lot of dumb questions and they are able to give me dumbed down answers I actually understand. I can actually give injections (subcutaneous AND interveinal) now and I'm a much more capable goat practitioner. Attached are pictures of Flap almost dead and fat and happy to show a before and after. Thanks Cascade Vet!

The best service. The staff is so patient with us. They always answer all my questions thoroughly and deal with my anxious dog so well. Forever thankful for Sarah and all the amazing services she has provided me and my dog. They give amazing estimates and prices are fabulous. They make owning a pet so easy. Took my pups in for check ups. My little guy had a bad reaction to the vaccine and tried vacate this world. Their team made sure that didn't happen and brought him back to me. For that I am grateful. I have always brought my pets here and I will continue to do so. Thanks again for caring.
