I’m a little late giving this review but didn’t want the great experience I had to go unnoticed…We brought our dog Luna to the clinic to be spayed, and it was a wonderful experience!! Everyone was really niece and they took good care of our girl. When we went to pick her up they took the time to explain what we needed to do , they went over the pain medications with us and told us to call if we had any questions. The place is super clean, I will definitely go back!! Thanks 😊

Ive brought 2 of my dogs here to get neutered and get their vaccines. The people they have working here are very profesional. Both my dogs have healed just fine and they have been properly treated while they were here. Don’t be discourage with others negative reviews. Just because an employee is having a bad day doesn’t mean this place is bad. I will keep coming here and recommend to friends and family for years to come.

I highly recommend Fox Valley Animal Welfare for anyone looking to get their dog's teeth cleaned. They truly care about the animals and provide top-notch service at an affordable price. It's great to support a facility that is volunteer-run and focused on the well-being of animals. I will definitely be bringing my dog back for future dental cleanings.

They did an amazing job with my pet, although trying to get a hold of them is beyond frustrating. My dog has gotten chipped and they did not provide us with a member number to register him online. Ive called them over 30 time in the last 3 days leaving voice mail and with no return called. With the lack of customer service please if any one gets their pet chipped, make sure you get a member number as well as the chip number……………. As of 2:00pm April 3rd. Fox valley has finally called back, not because they have received my several missed calls but have read this review i had left them. The person i spoke to provided me with the information that was needed and was off the phone in less than 2 minute, easy as that. As a customer it is sad that it had to come down to a bad review just for them to reach back out. What i lack to understand is that if it is volunteers that are receiving the called when they are available, why didn’t I receive a call back on Monday the April 1st and/or April 2nd when they were available. Thank you Fox Valley for leaving this pathetic comment below! Should have just stuck to a PHONE CALL. The only bizarre behavior is the lack of professionalism. I am just a customer that doesn’t have a lot of time to waste hence the repeated calls but you guys didn’t even look at that. To be exact i have called a total of 23 times over the corse of 3 days. Thank you.

Got my Cat Neutered here and everything went good. The receptionists were very kind and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable, my cat is doing fine after surgery. Thank you

I can't speak highly enough about this establishment. Although it is extremely affordable, the facility is immaculate, bright, and new. The staff are friendly and efficient. And, including a microchip and cone, the total to have our dog spayed was less than half of what other clinics quoted.
