These people LOVE animals. They want to connect you with the right fit so both you and your new pet are happy. The community does a great job of supporting too. There are hiking trails to walk the dogs on. There are meet and greet areas for introducing your current pets to a new candidate, or for just hanging out and getting to know the new dog. All around a great staff and facility.

The shelter was super clean. The staff is amazingly caring and compassionate. Thank you for being so kind in my moment of grief. They were so compassionate when I took my beloved parrot for cremation. Thank you💜

Amazing staff always. Love these guys. They are amazing and do such great things for the furry and not so furry. Don't shop, adopt!

Such an amazing place. I adopted my pup from them, and they took care of everything for me and really helped me take the step into pet ownership

I've only been here twice, I think. I'd totally go over a lot to play with the animals, if the journey there was easier. It's close enough to walk to from my house, but the roads aren't very wheelchair friendly. But I still got to play with the kittens! I hope that little brown and white one got adopted. He was really cute and social. We did get a little friend from there, though! Love him to death.

Was told by Billy, the director, they kill due to over-population. I called city hall and they did not confirm that to be true. For anyone wanting to know if it's a "no-kill" facility, apparently it's not.
