The staff are super nice, caring and gentleman! The doctor didn’t have any knowledge of what was wrong with my fur baby. I paid $210 to basically tell me that my baby wasn’t going to make. I should’ve just taken him straight to Dallas Animal Urgent Care, where they have all the equipment and knowledge.

Wonderful experience! The staff was absolutely wonderful and professional! Dr. Bohanan was wonderful! Eli (left) got vaccines and she was so patient and kind he didn’t even cry! Sam (right) was prescribed medications and given a sample of special dog food for his sensitive stomach. The Dr was very knowledgeable and patient while answering all of our questions. Wonderful service, amazing staff, 100000/10 recommend this facility!

Alley Cat's provided an incredibly compassionate and smooth experience when it came time to say goodbye to our beloved pup, Rocky, after his remarkable 18 years with us. 🐾💔 It was our first time going through this, and we were deeply moved by their care and support. Huge thanks to the two wonderful Vets who guided us through this difficult process with the utmost sensitivity and respect. 🙏 You made Rocky's exit as peaceful and special as possible. I arrived on time for my appointment but waited 45 minutes. Despite booking two weeks ahead, I was told to wait another 15-20 minutes. When I had to leave due to time constraints, they didn't offer to reschedule. This unprofessionalism and long wait time is unacceptable, especially for a simple routine examination. Good customer service is crucial, and this experience was severely lacking. Looking to taking my hard earned money elsewhere.

My sweetybell schnoodle was seen. Given a clean bill of health. Received all her yearly vaccines. Friendly staff. Very good with my dog. This vet will be our go to for sweetybell!
