We adopted the most handsome minpin that was saved by PetMatch Rescue! So grateful to Pamela and her team for saving the little guy! We weren't looking for a new dog but the stars aligned and it was meant to be! The rescue is very compassionate for animals and easy to work with! Highly recommend!

This organization lacks communication skills, empathy, professionalism, courtesy, and overall human decency. If you reach out to other reputable pet organizations nearby, it's not hard to find out just how embarrassing this organization is. I would tell you to check Pet Match's Facebook page, but after posting legal papers in attempt to defend their immoral actions and receiving a lot of backlash, they deactivated their account. After months of inquiring and waiting, it was unfortunate to learn that said pet was adopted by people who never even met him. His foster mom was great, but I can't say the same for the organization itself. I wish all pets in their organization the best and I hope that one day the "Grinch" of shelters' heart grows 3 sizes one day. I'd encourage anyone to still try to adopt from them, as it's not a pet's fault for being associated with this organization, just don't get your hopes up.

if i could give this organization 0 stars i would. i strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this organization and especially Pam who runs it. i had a friend who found a stray and her mom surrendered the cat while she was at work. while i understand you are “surrendering” the cats and say you will never try to get it back. my friend talked back and forth about adopting the cat back and got several letter of recommendation offered to pay vet fees adoption fees and make a generous donation. my friend did NOT surrender her own cat she was simply trying to do right by the stray and it was an unfortunate miscommunication with her mom about surrendering him. Pam is simply RUDE. at the end of the day my friend understood their rules and called her to simply ask if the cat was adopted to a good home. and pam went off on her in the most disgusting and unprofessional manner. i was truly horrified. i have heard NOTHING but horrible things about this place including her stealing puppies. you are suppose to be HELPING animals not shipping them off to people who never even met them. it’s very obviously this lady has no idea what she’s doing and does NOT have the best interest of them in mind. you cannot enforce rules with some people and then turn around and make exceptions for others. i have never met another person in my life like my friend and her family who adores animals like them. pam let her personal grievances with a vet my friend used get in the way of finding this animal a loving safe home. i pray these animals she takes in get away and get the true help they deserve. shame on this place and shame on you pam
