My cat literally just passed away in my arms after deliberately being sent away from these awful people. I called regarding the emergency and I was placed on hold almost immediately after stating I was not a pre-existing customer. So I rushed up there as it was the closet in the area. My cat was still alive when I approached their office. They barely even cared to take a glance at my cat. Came back and said they are not taking any more animals today. At 2pm in the day. They told me to go elsewhere and I was racing to another place, as soon as I parked, my cat stopped breathing. I’m mortified right now that they couldn’t even have the decency to attend to my emergency even if they tried a little. They weren’t even busy at all. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES HERE. I’m still stuck in the car trying to process this while I write this much needed review.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!! My cat was seen by Lori Giles for many years even before I adopted her Lori was her primary vet. I came in because my cat had asthma like symptoms. They chalked it up to hairballs, which I knew didn’t sound right. Last night I had to rush her to the emergency vet for them to tell me she has heart disease and fluid on her lungs. We just had to put her down this morning. This clinic is a joke, they didn’t take any of my concerns seriously. Thanks to LORI GILES neglecting my baby health she’s now in heaven. Please take your clients concerns seriously next time. I’m devastated because of you

The only reason I even give them a 2 star is because the staff was nice but the veterinarian Dr. Giles is rude and doesn’t do a very good exam . I had concerns of a lump on my puppy’s neck and she wouldn’t even touch it she tells me in a very rude voice that my puppy is fine and walks out after giving shots without any care at all . She seems to be a very unhappy person ! Mad at the world! No care about the animals ! Just a pay check to her ! I wont be back !

This place is awful. Would not recommend anyone go here. I made an appointment for a foster pup for 3/5/24. When we got to the back a lady walked in to ask me what’s going on. I explained to her what was going on and what we wanted to get done that day (per the rescues instructions). She leaves then a little while later 2 other ladies walk in. I was in the back part of the room rubbing that baby’s belly but stood up as soon as she came in and said hello. No response back from either of them. I stayed in place so that I could be polite and let the ladies pass in front of me. I was planning to get back over on the patient side of the room where the bench was as soon as they passed by but they didn’t. They just stood a few feet in front of me without saying hello or anything else for about a minute until the older lady rudely told me that I needed to get out her way. I apologized, got out of their way and said I was trying to let them by first. There was plenty of space for them to walk by as well so the attitude in her response was uncalled for. The older lady asked me the same questions the First Lady did. I told her I had some concerns about her health. I mentioned I had googled some of the symptoms she was having and the older lady laughed in my face that I was using Google as my source. I didn’t acknowledge it and just keep explaining my concerns. The older lady responded to my concerns by being condescending dismissive and minimizing basically everything I said. I was treated like an idiot, when all I wanted to do was make sure she was okay. After that part was finished I went up to the front desk to check out and I was given medication. I told her that I wasn’t told I’d be getting medication or what it was for. So I asked the receptionist that gave it to me and all she did was read the directions on the bottle. At this point I was tired of dealing with this unprofessional place and just left. The following day I realized that I was not given the rabies tag so I called up to let them know and ask them to mail it to me. The lady that answered said she couldn’t do that but I could come up there to pick it up. Like are you serious it’s over an hour drive there and back. After the experience I had I never wanted to step back in that place. I told her as much but they didn’t care that was the only option. I will never go back to this place. Even if they offered free services. Oh and if you’re wondering why i didn’t use any names or titles it is because no one bothered to introduce themselves to me.

I have had multiple issues I have met the doctor one time and she was extremely lacking in any personality or friendliness. She was very dismissive of anything I had to say or concerns I had . But I took my one year old cat to get spayed there , it was all okay until I went to pick her up . I got her home and she was okay for the first hour (I’m assuming it because she was still heavily sedated) but after that hour passed she began to scream Any time she moved . Hearing her scream like that absolutely broke my heart cause she is so little and I knew something was wrong ( I have three other cats and I’ve never seen them be in so much pain after a surgery like that) So we took her to the animal er and once we got there we where informed that she was not given any hardly any pain medication . The technician compared what they gave her to advil, so imagine you just had surgery and all they give you for pain is advil. I was absolutely furious . NEVER AGAIN.

When we took our cat in for thrush and severe fever, they told us his teeth were infected. We paid to have them all removed. They only removed half of them and sent him home with antibiotics. Not even a day after, his infection worsened, he had a stroke and fever returned. He ended up dying in my dads arms a few nights later. When we called to complain that they didn't finish the procedure properly, the girl on the other end sucked her teeth and hung up on me. Actually the worst vet experience I've ever had. I have no respect or an ounce of forgiveness for a single one of the women there or Dr.Giles what so ever. If you actually cared for animals at all, you wouldn't let your workplace turn into this rude and awful hell hole. Have some sympathy for the people you're taking money from.
