I had to take my pup here last minute after some injuries and they were able to see him same day!! They often have same day appointments and Dr. Hagan is very knowledgeable and clearly told me treatment options they had available. I would recommend Pinebrook to anyone in a heartbeat!

I recently visited Pine Brook Animal Hospital for my dog, Loki, my child! He had been so sick, and I was so worried, especially because every vet hospital around couldn’t see him until weeks later! Luckily, they could fit him in 30 minutes before closing and were willing to stay an hour after closing to ensure all the tests were done, his vitals were okay, and they gave him some much-needed fluids! I honestly couldn’t recommend a better Vet Hospital or Doctor, especially Hagan! She was super thorough and was just amazing! I will be coming here for everything from now on!

This place is going downhill from a service and integrity standpoint — we brought our 6-year old dog in for annual checkup and vaccinations… the Vet Tech adamantly told me she was due for a rabies vaccine according to their records. We returned home and pulled her files — she received her last 3-year rabies vaccine 1.5 years ago! I would also like to mention that all services and shots were very overpriced vs. other local vets in PC. We will be requesting a refund for the unnecessary rabies vaccine and won’t be going here again after being loyal to them for 4 years!

I am a newer client to Pinebrook Animal Hospital and I have to say Hands Down this is the best veterinary experience I have had in the 14 years I've owned dogs. Upon first arriving all staff members were very kind. I was put into an exam room with my dog which had a running sound machine, multiple treat bags on the counter, a comfy chair and comfy rug. My dog was comfortable. each tech that came in sat on the floor and allowed my dog to come to them. Our Vet is Kiley Hagan and she is so sweet. She wasn't pushy with my dog and allowed her to be comfortable before the exam started. They walked me through all the recommended tests that we would do and provided pricing before I agreed. They even offer Happy Visits for dogs who are uncomfortable with the vet where you take your dog in and they get showered with love and treats without any treatment to help them feel more comfortable at the vet. I AM NOW A LOYAL CLIENT.

Exceptional people and service. I would highly recommend Dr. Hagan and her staff for your pets needs and care. They were super helpful with JoJo and took the best care for him.

Extremely friendly staff, anxious to be helpful. The office looks nothing like most vet offices. Warm and inviting, not sterile. And the examining room had a carpet and a sofa for the dogs to jump up on. More like a family room than an examining room! Dr. Hagan was fabulous. She sat on the floor with my puppy and immediately made friends with him. He was anything but anxious in the setting! She spent lots of time with us(new puppy so first time visit), explained everything clearly, answered my questions. I left so impressed with everyone and everything.
