Where do I begin, there is so many amazing things I want to say about this vet. I moved to Exclesior Springs a little over a year ago. I have been to 2 different vets here with my old man and finally found this one by chance, when I was looking for a quick emergency ultrasound. They have ALL been fantastic since day 1. The staff in the front, the vet techs and especially Dr. Gardner. I can’t say enough amazing things and I can’t thank them enough for all they’ve done. I ended up having to put my best friend down on Friday. That was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do in my life, Dr. Gardner made it smooth and as relaxed as it could be, it was clear she cared, she helped me and my old boy through that process with so much love and care. My boy had so so much anxiety his whole life, especially at vets, In the few appointments prior to putting him to rest, he would actually go to Dr. Gardner and want pets, that was a huge thing for him. It was a huge thing for me too, that she made him feel comfortable. I’m so so glad we found this vet before he needed to be put down, I’m glad she gave me the validation I needed through a time that was extremely heartbreaking, I’m glad he felt comfortable and at ease with all of the amazing staff in there, and I’m just so glad for all of the amazing people and their kind words. As long as I’m in Excelsior, this will be my forever vet (and I’ll probably drive to it even if we move). This has been the best vet I’ve found in all of my boys 13 years. Thank you guys for everything, you made me feel comfortable when it was the hardest time to feel that way. I’m so so grateful and I highly recommend them.

We love Dr Nowlin. She is fantastic with our pups and very caring. The techs are also very responsive which is great & treat all our dogs with care. The facility is fabulous and clean and is nice & roomy. The clinic is very good at itemizing and explaining what procedures are needed and the cost breakdown. They have been very good working with us on some of the more expensive procedures so we can make a plan to help lessen the financial impact. They also offer a variety of services from insurance to food.

It's been years now, but I forgot to rate, these people were amazing before they moved and after. Before they moved I had a pet rat they took care of, they were able to find a pea sized cyst in my little buddies neck, and remove it. He lived healthily for a couple years after. I can't thank them enough, they may be pricey compared to other vets, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Best place I've ever been, and I take all my animals there now ❤️

This is a great place for vaccinations and general issues. My aussie, Bailey, loves coming here and is never scared. I've never had an emergency, so I can't speak for that, but every time we've been here, they've went above and beyond! They are ALWAYS so good with him!

Great experience. Wonderful welcoming staff! Very loving towards my fur baby! Answered all of our questions. And will be turning with all my animals for here on out only to them!!
