I usually am over the top pleased with Burrstone but not today...On July 18th I had to have my beloved cat euthanized. They were wonderful during this process. Every day I was hoping for that call to bring her home..nothing. Today the 30th I had enough & called," oh I'm sorry Noone called you, she's sitting right here". Whoever didn't do their JOB should be reprimanded as this is NOT acceptable!🤬💔

I am so incredibly thankful to everyone at VCA for always being so kind and supportive to both me and my dog. He LOVES everyone there, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing that he wasn’t scared when I dropped him off to be neutered. He’s never even whined during a shot!! I will never switch vets I LOVE VCA and so does my boy :) Pics of him during and after his visit <3

My boyfriend and I brought our cat gemini in this evening and If i could give 5 more stars i would! We were welcomed as soon as we came in, and didn't wait longer than 5 minutes. The vets were more than nice and more than happy to help! They made our kitty feel safe and welcome, even tho she was scared. I didn't have one doubt or one negative thought while i was there. For our first vet experience i'd say this is a great place!! Def recommend !

First time customer here on 2.5.24. Upon arrival..nice big clean location. Easy to find. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Dr. Carey was very thorough with my 9 week 😸 kitten Teddy. They have an awesome program to help save paw parents $$$. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone at Burrstone Animal Hospital is amazing, kind, and excellent at caring for our fur baby! I can't recommend them enough. Our beagle was a patient for the full 10 years we had him and he always received the best care. When it was time for us to help him over the rainbow bridge, everyone was so compassionate and supportive. It was the hardest day of our lives, but the whole staff helped make it a little less devastating. When we are ready to adopt again, we will DEFINITELY come back. They are the best!!!

Nice place....I only went there to talk to their vet. I will make an appointment with them in the future and that will probably raise to 5 star rating. The only reason for the 4 star is that they haven't done anything except talk about My situation. I have 10 dogs and my regular vet died unexpectedly so I'm trying to find a regular vet for them all
