I brought all 3 of my dogs here since I moved to bullhead 4 years ago.. my 14 year old German shepherd unfortunately rapidly declined, and we had to bring him in suddenly for euthanasia. I called to schedule the soonest appointment, which was 4 days away, and to confirm that I’d like his clay paw print and an urn, and they confirmed and made the appt. I also confirmed once we arrived that I wanted the clay paw print and the urn that I wanted, which I was told would come engraved with a plaque. I usually see dr green but I saw the male doctor, I’m not sure of his name. He didn’t say a single word when he came in, just injected my dog, checked his heart beat, and said “he’s gone. Have a good day.” And left the room. When I finally got his ashes, I found that they didn’t give the plaque or engraving on his urn, and they also didn’t do the clay paw print, instead they gave me a piece of paper with a barely legible ink paw print. When I reached out about it, the woman at the front desk said she’d call me back after speaking to the manager. She called me back to say there’s nothing they can do, but she (not spirit mountain, she did this on the side) made a little shadow box in memorial from him, which I so greatly appreciate, but nothing can take back that I was robbed of a sentimental memorial item, and they made the entire experience of putting my lifelong friend to sleep, even worse with no remorse and no effort to try and make it better or even an apology. My heart is broken.

I had to put my 15 year old Silky Terrier down and they were so kind and understanding with us as we wanted to say goodbye. The doctor came in and explained the process and it was very peaceful for our Sadie Girl ♥️

We've been coming here since 2015. Dr. Green is an awesome Dr. One of my dogs got sick, she called every day checking on him, making sure he was doing ok. All the girls in the office are great as well. I would recommend Spirit Mountain to anyone.

The office staff is very friendly and answers to questions asked. What I don't like is the fact that you're not with your pet while being examined. When I took my dog she was having skin issues was told it was allergies. She was given a shot and antibiotics. She was better within a few days. About 3 to 4 weeks afte, my dog started with the same symptoms so I brought in was charged $181 and some change for another allergy shot. She actually got worse. Her skin was horrible, and smelled terribly. I called the office and was told that they would talk to the vet and call me back. Didn't hear from them for 2 days. When I got the call I asked if I could just get the antibiotics like the last time. I was told no. They wanted me to bring her in and be examined and I said but she has the same symptoms as she did when I first brought her in and they said bring her in which meant an office visit which I said ok but it should be a follow up no charge except for medicine I was really disappointed when told there would be a charge for the visit. I have spent over $600 in that place between office visits, allergy shots, medicine, and vaccines. I should have gone to Kingman to the Humane Society.

Everyone is very nice. We got right in with our 2 Labradors. Dr. Greene was professional and kind. We will be going back for our fur babies' needs.

We are new here and our 18 yr old poodle was struggling to breath. After calling our local vets no one even returned our call. Spirit animal hospital was so passionate and caring they didn't hesitate to have us come in so we could give our baby the best chance he deserves. I will always call them first for my other furbabies needs. Thank you we do appreciate you greatly.
