We have taken several of our dogs here, have spent a good amount of money as a customer here over the years and was denied for them to see one of my dogs because "I have not taken my dog there within a year, and therefore they cannot see my dog" ... I called to get my dog looked at and this was their response. I will no longer be taking my other animals here. Edit* I am a client here under my wife's name, regardless of what their response to my review is. Also, their response is contrary to what was told to me over the phone today, as I was denied the ability to set up an appointment due to not seeing them within a year for that one particular pet of mine. I believe that's a dishonest response to my review. How do you look up a record of me, when you only have my first name to go off of? Your out of touch response reaffirms I need to find another clinic. Edit#2 an update. I have found that talking with various other vets established in the area, that Graham Animal Hospital is misinterpreting their legal requirements and in doing so are violating ethical duties to care for animals in emergent need at their facility. Look at other reviews posted here where they denied help to critical needed animals. All of this in order to uphold their policy which they will tell you is only there to help them adhere to their legal requirements. Yet this is an interpretation by them. For example, other vets do not hold the same interpretation as them and are still adhering to their legal requirements. And these vets will gladly administer health care to animals in critical need.

The entire team at Graham Animal Hospital is kind, compassionate, understanding, and thoughtful. I've had only the most positive encounters at my visits with each of our three cats. I am especially appreciative of how gentle and patient each person is with the animals they treat, whether the pet is outgoing and excited or shy and anxious. I definitely chose well when I selected this clinic to treat my four-legged family!

This vet has had our business for a couple of years now and never had an issue. We’ve always paid our stuff on time and we had a billing issue that needed to be resolved. But the other day was probably the worst experience ever. The reception is rude especially Lindsey the blonde up front deliberately rolling her eyes in front of me as I was trying to talk. Walked in today to try to have another reasonable conversation and nope again with the attitude and saying they tried calling us knowing good and well they called the wrong number then saying I could’ve called them when I was told they were going to call me trying to turn it around and say it was our fault. This place will not be getting any more of our business.
