Absolutely amazing staff. Took my cat Nala there when she was throwing up for a few days and they found a hairball blockage. They gave my cat surgery, removed the blockage and now my cat is getting back to her normal self. Definitely recommend to have them take care of any pet emergency!

We have been to this veterinary hospital twice now due to our dog getting porcupine quills in her at our camp in Alfred. Both times we have been impressed with their clean and lovely facility, the professionalism of the staff, the urgency and care with which they have handled the situations, and the medical care provided. We actually drove here over another veterinary emergency facility that was a little closer because we just felt our dog was in far better hands here. Highly recommend!!!

UNFORTUNATELY, yesterday we had the honor of using and meeting the staff of EMUVC. We are 8 hours from home and had a very unfortunate accident with our dog. The staff that greeted us at the door at 5:30 PM were amazing. From the minute we arrived until we left they were so compassionate, loving, caring, sweet….. I could keep going. We were not able to save our Luke yesterday but I know 100% if they could have, they would have! Thank you for being so kind during such a horrible, tragic time in our life…. Pat and Kim

Clean environment, and friendly staff. Dr. Gies is compassionate and knowledgeable in what she does; she was very thorough explaining my cat's diagnosis and what to do post-visit. I was informed of the prices of tests, exams, and medications, which were only administered when I gave confirmation. Perhaps the prices may seem high, however, it is an urgent care. Their prices are not unlike other urgent care facilities. If your pet has an emergency, I'd recommend this place. I'm personally very glad I took my cat here, he's already feeling much better! 😺

We brought our cat, Mr. Meatball, here for what (thankfully) turned out to be a bad asthma attack. I was scared it would be so much worse! The doctors, techs, and assistants were all beyond helpful and were prompt and thorough in diagnosing my wheezy boy. I never once felt nervous leaving him in their hands. Can’t recommend Enchanted Mountain enough

I took my 8 week old kitten in to the emergency bay due to a suspected botfly in her arm. i waited 2 hours, paid $240, and put my tiny kitten through hell, just to say it was an infection. after another day post vet visit, her leg was insanely swollen, she was immobile and screaming, i looked at it and sure enough a botfly popped out and back in. the staff is unhelpful and arrogent. if i could give zero stars i would. it was also a clear issue with the facility because I took my cat to a vet tech who identified the problem and extracted it within 5 minutes. edit after response: I declined to bring the cat back because I lost confidence in this facility after this happened. The bot fly was seen poking in and out by three other people and I expressed this concern at the time of my visit. Basic knowledge of botflies shows you can suffocate them to try to bring them to the surface, no matter how small. If they had looked, they would’ve been able to see it.
