This Vet has wonderful customer service. They always remember who we are, our dog and takes special care of our Zoey! They’re always very responsive and willing to help and answer any questions. They are knowledgeable with my pet’s conditions and supportive of my dog’s geriatric care.

This is THE vet's office in Dodge City. The office staff is really friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the fact that the vets and techs genuinely care about the animals they treat AND their people. Update: they handled the world's most crate-adverse cat with such ease, I thought someone switched animals on me! Update: something has gone very wrong with this clinic since my previous reviews. They still have a message on their answering service that directs you to call another number for emergencies. No one answers, which isn't surprising. No one calls you back, though, and that definitely is. I watched my Boxer have seizures, I could do nothing to help her, and this nightmare continued for nine hours before I was able to reach another vet at another clinic.

They were so kind when I brought my sweet sick dog in. I live out of state and didn’t have a vet here. They took such good care of him, even though it meant helping him cross the rainbow bridge. The whole staff was so kind and compassionate and I cannot thank them enough for that during such a difficult time.

Very friendly and sincerely care about pets and pet parents. Love how well they take care of my baby boy Ronald, he's always in pain and they were the ones to find out what was wrong and give us multiple solutions to help him feel better.

I was traveling from out of state with my dog. Really needed to get his nails trimmed. Called these guys and got us right in. Very nice tech gals that had no issues getting my Buddy all pretty.
