In all honesty this is one of the best dog rescue operations I have ever seen. They do an amazing job of finding good homes for good dogs and get those dogs ready to go into their new homes with shots microchipping everything you can imagine. They helped our family find a new puppy for the kids.

I cannot say enough good things about the Big Fluffy Dog rescue team. They truly care about these animals and go above and beyond for them. Ryan, the kennel manager, and Julie, the shift lead, were excellent to work with.

absolutely do not surrender your dog here the conditions are horrible. the ac in the building doesnt work at all, its always 80+ degrees inside. the owner just doesnt get the ac fixed. the kennel techs barely know anything about dogs, so if theres not a vet there or manager and a dog is sick they are basically out of luck. theres also a guy who works there who just spends his time smoking. the building is so nasty and dogs just sit in there pee and poop for awhile at a time. also if a dog is scared of being touched in specific places theyll highly consider putting it down. theres way better shelters in nashville to look into bringing your dog.
