Having a senior dog who is visually impaired I was hesitant to leave her to be groomed. They calmed my nerves and did a fantastic job on her cut. When I walked in they were all talking to the doggies they were working with and the whole atmosphere seemed calm. They are all very friendly and helpful!! We will be back for sure!

Friendly and helpful staff!! I placed an online order and got it within a few hours without any hiccups. While at the store, I purchased two budgies. The lady who helped me was very helpful and also very nice to my new budgies. I highly recommend this store location.

Took our 10 month old Shih Tzu in for her 2nd grooming with Lili who has done a fantastic job both times. She is so attentive and affectionate with our pup.

I love the way the store is setup and so informative but my experience with the lady working with the reptiles was not very good at all. I had to ask her a question 3 times before she would even agnolige that me, my fiance and our 3 year old son were there. She was not helpful at all and I honestly hate giving anyone a bad review because you never know what they could have going on in their lives but atleast agnolige a customer when they walk next to you.

Our go to pet store is PetSmart and the Gonzales location is awesome! They always have what we are looking for to take care of our pets. We love to take our pup there and I believe she loves it too!
