My experience here was great! They really care about their puppies and they do so much for them! I took home a cavalier King Charles spaniel and she’s perfect! Petland Racine is in its own category of pet store with so many options and everything is well bred. Adam was great in helping us understand what we needed and how everything would work. Get you a puppy at Petland Racine! You won’t regret it :)

First time there and our experience was awesome. Friendly staff. Gabe was knowledgeable and listen to our needs in what we wanted in a puppy. Thanks Gabe. We was there from 3 til closing, so big THANKS to the manager ( sorry I forgot her name) and Adam for being patient with us.

Great options & super expensive. They do offer a $100.00 discount if you schedule a play date, but that's it. No military discount, nothing. Asia was okay a little stretched thin and very distracted with the computer. Several of her colleagues tried to get her for me but.....🤷♂️ I had a better experience at Puppy Dreams. That's where I got this bundle of joy and love.

i adopted this beautiful mini aussie from petland in september 2023 (and the pomapoo 2 years ago!). i worked with cassie, she was so sweet and extremely helpful explaining all of the info i needed to know, recommending the best treats and toys for my dogs. i recommend cassie when choosing your puppy! :)

I had a great experience here! Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Spencer helped me out and was very informative throughout the whole process. I didn’t feel like I was being just sold things but rather explaining how each item is used and can benefit my pup and it matched research I had done prior. I bought my miniature schnauzer from here and I love her! Will come back if I’m looking for a playmate for my pup

We were looking for a dog for a while and although we did not intend to get a puppy that day, we brought Wilbur home and are so in love. Cassandra at Petland was amazing! She took the time to understand our family, what we were looking for, and matched us with a furball that seems to be a perfect fit. We played with 3 dogs and never felt pressured or rushed. When we did select our puppy, she very patiently walked us thru the store to make sure we picked out all the necessities then she carefully reviewed the prices to make sure we got all the discounts we could. She was amazing and we couldn't be happier with our decision. This little guy transitioned so well into our home, gets along with our neighbor's dog already and is excited to learn new things, like going for walks and getting potty-trained. He eats well, is very healthy and we have all the paperwork to show his healthy and family history. Quite pricey for a new dog but he is now family!
