The staff is wonderful and they take the time to answer your questions. They have even fit me in when I've trapped cats that need to I be looked at right away. They don't assume anything and are genuine, patient, and empathetic. They genuinely care about your pet. This is one of the best group of people I've met so far since my move to Greenville. Thank you for all you do. We appreciate you and your kindness to us, our pets, and the extra ones we find along the way!
Best place I’ve ever been!! Prices are amazing compared to most places. I’m use to paying a significant amount. The true caring nature of everyone here is astounding & we will be bring all of our babies here if we can!! It first started with needing a last minute appointment due to our 5 weeks kitten & her not going number 2 correctly. They got me in the very next day. The person who answered the phone was so sweet! (First impression over the phone makes a big impact on businesses!) The vet made me feel super relieved & VERY validated in my concerns for our new kitten!! I’ve never experienced this anywhere. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! If you want compassionate & fast care, here’s your place!! Pumpkin & i Thank you for such a great experience!
My dog can be reactive, but the ladies pay close attention to her cues and provide what she needs for a safe appointment. They're informative, efficient and keep our pets happy and healthy.
Dr Clark and her staff are amazing. They keep our fur babies happy and safe. Our recent visit was because of an emergency. Dr. Clark saved our Mel with how quickly she reacted. Thanks to her he’s recovering well from his emergency back surgery. He’s back to being his silly self.
If a vet clinic charges you 650$ (150$ of that being for 2-3 x-rays) and they find shot gun pellets in your neglected foster rescue dog & the veterinarian says absolutely NOTHING to you about it… disregards it completely, stating “it’s actually quite common”. Is that acceptable? Personally, I don’t think anything about a dog being shot should be viewed as “quite common”. Especially since this dog is visibly limping and has open wounds all over her body. Don’t worry… none of the 650$ covered an x-ray of her extremities to rule out pellets in any other part of her body. It was just enough to cover a chest x-ray, blood work, some antibiotics and a vet tech’s disrespectful attitude towards a very concerned owner. I would have never taken the time to write this negative review if the vet tech, whose name was Stephanie, was more apologetic - or if the office would have offered to do other X-rays free of charge to rule out any further damage (since that should have been the logical next step after finding the shotgun pellets). I’ve never witnessed such unprofessional behavior and incompetent misconduct in my life. If you truly value every aspect of your pets health, seek treatment elsewhere. This clinic is only interested in your pocketbook - not the health of your pet. Also edited to add - I was just made aware that they offer 501c animal rescue discounts. I was never offered this discount. I repeatedly stated that my dog was a foster and that a rescue would be paying her bill. Now a month later, she is still visibly limping and her condition has not improved. Now, the rescue is left footing the bill yet again at another vet clinic because this clinic failed us so miserably.
I have used Greenville Veterinary Clinic to care for all of my pets for over 20 years. Dr. Clark, and now her newer veterinarians on staff, plus all of the techs/staff, have been wonderful in every stage of my pet's lives, including care and compassion at the end of life. People tasked with caring for humans could learn an awful lot from how you treat your furry patients and families. I am grateful and my whole family and all of my pets thank you!
