Underdog rescue and rehab in Moab Utah is an amazing place with the most caring and loving employees and volunteers. After driving for 3 1/2 hours. with my current dog to meet Mocha now renamed Spirit, every effort was taken to ensure that the two dogs could meet and spend a little time together. Seena tried to make all of us as comfortable as he could, and gave me as much background on Spirit as he had. and stayed with me most of the time to try to walk the dogs together and let them play in a little yard together to ensure that they were going to be a reasonable fit. Cameron was also helpful with suggestions before we loaded up in the Jeep and got on the road together. What they are doing at Underdog rescue is amazing and helping as many dogs as they can. I’m sure it’s rewarding and heartbreaking for them but I would highly recommend looking for your next dog at underdog. Watching a dog experience grass and the inside of a home for the first time in their life is absolutely priceless!

Underdog Rescue is amazing. We adopted our boy Vader about a month and a half ago and he is the most amazing dog ever. When we adopted him, he had been at the rescue for 7 months with only one other meet and greet who passed on him. Selfishly I am so glad no one took him. if you’re on the fence about taking on an “older” dog that might look intimidating, then listen to the staff at the rescue. They will be honest about the dog’s demeanor and if you are the right fit for them. These dogs have so much love to give and I can’t imagine my life without him.

I'm excited to add Mable to the family! Underdog has a great mission and is really moving forward with full community support in how they rescue and find homes for these pups. I also foster for Underdog and believe that is a huge part of assisting in getting these wonderful dogs trained and adoption ready! Please be patient with the staff, they have a lot on their plates. We brought Hazy home 3 days ago, and we couldn't be happier with the experience we had adopting from Underdog. The staff is kind and very willing to answer questions. From the application to the pick up process you can tell that they are committed to finding good homes for their pups. 10/10 would recommend working with them!

We adopted our puppy (Chooli) from Underdog Rescue 4 years ago. She has become the most affectionate dog we have ever had. Thank you Underdog Rescue for all you do to save these wonderful dogs from an ominous future. I am so happy to hear of your expanded spay/neuter programs!

We recently adopted a 4month old pup to bring into our home - she is a timid girl who’s gonna need lots of time and patience, and Underdog has been over the top helpful and supportive to provide her the best forever home and ease us into the transition period of adding such a nervous little pup to our crazy bunch! We are over the moon with the communication, support, and love that Underdog has provided us. Here’s to Coco (formerly Granger), our sweet Underdog!
