Amazing, kind, and friendly staff. We had a wonderful experience with this shelter/rescue. We are very grateful for the opportunity to adopt the most wonderful pup named Milkshake and for the tangible support that has been extended to us since the first day. One of the few shelters that has open visitation hours. Found some cuties on petfinder, then went to meet them. We ended up falling in love with a different dog, and they were very accommodating in setting up a private meet with our 2 yr old. They bonded, and now we are one big happy family.

The best place ever to adopt a pet. BASS offers a loving environment and knows their animals well. We adopted the sweetest dog ever and I wouldn’t hesitate to return and adopt another as well as recommend others to do so! Our dog fits in perfectly with our family!

Wonderful Rescue experience. ❤️ my daughter and I adopted an abandoned bulldog, and he was clean 'snipped' and handsome. Last year, 2022, my daughter and husband adopted a high-energy Bassett Heeler, and he was clean and was well cared for. Very helpful, and the recues all look happy and taken care of.

lady who runs this shelter is not fit to run it. shes one of the rudest people ive met when adopting a dog. she was being very disgusting with me and will not recommend her to anyone.
