The entire staff from the second you walk in the door pays attention to you and your pet. The level of professionalism is above and beyond. Patience and listening to concerns, addressing them, and actually taking care of said concerns. I can't imagine any other veterinary location taking care of our beloved Cody!

Want to rave for a min… Mukwonago Animal Hospital is TOP NOTCH! They always have the kindest staff and even better services. They are always there for my dogs, even if I need a same day appointment. Love feeling apart of the family with each visit… thank you for all you do!!

Our dog was acting like he had a broken foot so we did an emergency visit. The location is great, parking is great, people are great, the doctor was wonderful, the facilities are good, and most of all, we got good service. Would definitely go back and recommend them to others.

Mukwonago Animal Hospital is the only clinic I’ll use for my pets now and any in the future. As a pet industry professional, who frequently interacts with other area veterinarians and their clients, I can say hands down that the entire team at Mukwonago show levels of compassion, care, and professionalism that is unmatched. In addition, they always save room for their clients avoiding the dreaded trip to the ER vet if something ever does go wrong, this is not standard practice for the veterinary clinics in our area and still they make sure to stand out from the crowd by offering this service. Highly recommend, and they’ve helped my boy Bane so much recently through his IVDD and I can’t thank them enough.

Dr Sherrod is our go to vet here. She is very sweet with my dog Baxter, who’s scared of the vet, very thorough, brings up new ideas that might work for his arthritis. Absolutely love her!

I am sad to type this message, but feel compelled to educate and help other pets who attend here. Our dog went in Monday 5/20 for an annual routine. We checked in, got the weight, talked with the vet tech, the vet came in and then took the dog out of the room for vaccinations ( which I though was weird) without being asked my preference. When the vet brought our dog back, he said she was "a little skittish" but that was all. We had a clean bill of health and out the door we went. I had to stop at the reception desk and discuss next appointments and was there about 20 additional minutes. Then we went home and on with our day. The next morning I get a phone call from one of the managers. She was wanting to connect about an "incident" that happened the previous day while my dog was at the vet. She was shocked that NO ONE had contacted me or talked to me yet. After a few minutes she mentioned my dog biting one of the technicians. I said "excuse me, you must have the wrong dog" and I went on to explain NO ONE mentioned anything at the vet that my dog had bit someone. You would think they would have mentioned something to me before I left, but nothing. So now, the woman on the phone is explaining that I have to quarantine my dog for 10 days, get her checked 3 times, and I have to have a vet fill out a form provided by the cops.... Here is the issue, NO ONE TOLD ME THAT MY DOG bit someone...my dog has never ever even got aggressive with anyone. After a few phone calls back and forth, with some questions and obvious concerns, we discovered that they did not have it on camera, it took place in a "blind spot" so there is no evidence. Also, they were supposed to ask me permission to take my dog out of the room for the vaccinations but didn't. I then received a call from the vet, it went something like this " Hi, this is Doctor **** they told me you were upset and to call you" then dead silence. No apology , no real explanation as to why they dropped the ball, and no empathy whatsoever. It was almost as if they didn't realize this was on them. I am beyond frustrated, perplexed, and just upset with the lack of professionalism from this clinic. We chose to reestablish care somewhere else and will not be returning here.
