Had a drop off appointment for my cat Io. They properly diagnosed her and listened to my concerns. I’m confident that she was well taken care of and loved on while in their hands. They’re very transparent about what certain charges are for and checked with me before every procedure. Highly recommend!

Do not trust or go to this vet. They told my mother In law to get this plan and her cat wasn't sick. It died on day 5. They won't refund her money and they are charging her more. The vet said specifically the cat is fine and not going to die, get this plan. $$$ Guess what it died. And guess what else reading nextdoor just now this isn't the first time. If you love your animals Banfield is not where to go.

Extremely difficult to get an appointment. The app is terrible. You pay monthly for a Healthcare plan for your pet, however you will never walk out the door for a routine check up paying less than $100 due to add ons. Will seek a local, individually owned vet.

We have been taking our dogs to Banfield for years, but this Banfield has the best doctors and staff. I feel they do everything they can for the animals and families. I would highly recommend their doctors and the expertise.
