If your pet needs Emergency Veterinary Assistance this is the place to go. Had an Emergency with my pups Gabby. These people are some if not the best professional people I have seen in a veterinarian setting I have ever met. They are understanding and passionate about what they do. They actually work with me on my pets care. Gabby needed surgery for a bone lodged in her stomach. They explained everything and made me fully aware of risk that could happen. At the end of the day let's just say if I need emergency hospital again this is where I'll be going from now on. They do understand that if your on a budget as I was they'll do everything in their power to work with you. Prices are very reasonable and acceptable. If you need to put the trust of your furry family member in a veterinary emergency hospital this is the one. I want to thank the front desk professionals and micheal the nurse, and Amy the Doctor for saving Gabbies life thank you

My cat got hospitalized on a Thursday at our primary vet, she needed to stay for at least 3 days, but due to it being a Thursday she could only stay one night. They recommended we bring her to VECEV to get the remainder of her treatment. We walked in there and they took her back right away and sat us in an exam room. They are an ER so waiting was a given. Along with the previous statement, they are an ER, so expect ER prices when you go there. But besides the price, you can't put a price tag on your little ones life, they're family. We got updates daily from the Doctors themselves such as behavior and blood work notes. They recommended she stay and extra 24 hours to make sure she gets the best care and to get everything back to normal. My cat got there with severe kidney failure and the statistics on her getting better were slim. They did a wonderful job and I wouldn't hesitate about going back. Wonderful staff and great communication. My little baby is recovering and doing great. They gave us all the medication she needed and had a tech show us how to give her everything along with telling us what everything was and why she needed it. Thank you so much VECEV, you saved our cats life and I couldn't be more grateful.

Over Memorial Day weekend my healthy 11 yr old Pit Bull was playing outside a lot and having tons of fun, showing no signs of pain. Sunday night she was in a ton of pain and couldn’t walk. Her paw pads were so badly burnt, they started to peel and she couldn’t walk. Being Memorial Day, every vet office was closed. I called at 5pm Memorial Day and was told to come a little before 6pm. Clean office, nice staff. We did wait a bit, but it’s an emergency vet so I understand that hospitalized animals with potentially life threatening illnesses had to be tended to first. We were still out at 8pm. I had a lot of anxiety over the price for an emergency vet, but the price wasn’t bad- was the same as most veterinary offices. Before they soaked and bandaged her paws and gave us the medicine, they told us everything they were going to do and the price. Hopefully she won’t need an emergency vet again, but it’s nice to know this 24/7 place is close to home and here for us.

When I found myself needing an emergency vet I came to VECEV. The entire staff is compassionate. When I had to return a few hours later when my pups conditioned worsen and we ultimately had to put her to sleep they were there for us. Gave us our options, and let us be there until the end. They are amazing. I also thought the pricing was reasonable, while that was not a factor to me, it could be for someone else. Thank you Dr.Any Long and the entire staff. We will be forever grateful for the care you provided on our time of need.

We had an emergency Wednesday and rushed in for help. I was amazed with how nice and courteous all the staff members were! They immediately took my girl back and gave her so much love and the best care. Now we are home and Bindi is back to her happy, sweet self. I genuinely cannot thank these guys enough.

My experience with Dr Nichols and the rest of the staff was something I’ll forever be grateful for. He was patient, and kind, and didn’t push any opinions, didn’t pass any judgement, and never rushed us. He reassured me that I was doing everything I could for her, and showed me the difference in treatment between him and my previous primary vet. Which led me to switch to a different primary, and I only wish I’d done so sooner. Even though my baby, kiwi, didn’t make it in the end. He left me feeling genuinely cared for. Thank you for trying your best and giving her the only option left for comfort that medicine could give.
