Informative tour. Lots of animals to see up close. Worth the stop.

They were the closest 24 hour rescue place and we had 7 baby bunnies my dog found. They were so little their eyes weren't even open!! The girl working the night shift was very nice and accommodating.

Great little place doing lots of important work for animals. My kids and I loved it. The intern who did the tour was crazy knowledgeable and personable to boot. Call and make reservations and donate generously at the entrance desk, as it's only suggested donation.

I absolutely love this place. It is a great rehabilitation center for out wildlife and a great education center for families to learn more about it wildlife. I have been coming to the wildlife center since I was a little girl and now my daughter has the opportunity to come to be a part of this experience. We recently saved a baby bunny a Northwoods Cotton tail which we brought to the center to be check over and cared for until it is safe to be released back into the wild. They dubbed her Cinnabon. My daughter was super excited knowing she will be well cared for. I would recommend this experience to the young and old a like. The center is funded by any donation you are able to share this helps to keep the center going and for the care of the injured and rehabilitated wildlife. Go enjoy, you won't regret your visit.

We visit each time we vacation in the North Woods. Hortense the Turkey vulture is a main attraction and never fails to entertain. The people here are so friendly and knowledgeable. It warms my heart thinking about the great work they do here.
