They're amazing, they are a smaller clinic but if it hadn't been for them taking my cats X-rays her lungs could've filled with more fluids before we ended up getting them drained at apex 🙏 she ended up having cancer but these doctors will forever be the ones who saved my cat with their advice and care. (I have 12 pets as well so their benefits for customer loyalty is such a big help)

We had an incredible first visit at Norbeck after learning about the animal clinic from a colleague. They were patient and kind and took their time to answer every question and provide information we needed before we even knew we needed it. It felt a bit like mind reading! It was wonderful. We were especially grateful to Becky, Dr Ivanov and the full vet tech team for being so thorough and accommodating despite our anxiety for a first visit with our two pups after some terrible experiences elsewhere. They genuinely care about the pets and it really shows. Especially when the vet sits on the floor to administer the test because your pup is scared! They allowed us inside for our first visit when we asked and we’re so grateful. We will absolutely be coming back again and again. Thank you!!

I have been taking my dogs to Norbeck Animal Clinic for years. The entire staff is amazing! They genuinely care about the health and wellness of our pets. They always take the time to answer questions and are very polite, thorough and professional. If you are looking for a quality vet who loves animals this is your place!

I love this place! Both the vets I've seen have been so thorough and caring. Everyone here seems to really know their stuff. They are responsive and stay on top of things. Dr. Tuthill helped us get in to see a veterinary cardiologist when everywhere was booked up, because he was taking our dog's arrhythmia seriously! He called us every day to follow up on our dog's care and scheduling. Today, Dr. Ivanov actually laid down on the floor to examine and treat my terrified pup who was hiding under the bench. The nursing team are also so kind and helpful. Everyone clearly loves animals. Seriously, NAC is wonderful.

Every visit has been fantastic. We have been taking our cats to Norbeck since we moved to Maryland. They have been there at the beginning and the end. Always friendly and professional staff who clearly love animals (especially mine). All of the techs have been the best and cared for my pets while they have been growling or sick. The vets are top-notch, during each visit they spend time with us answering ALL of our questions and sharing the plan for care. I would send everyone to Norbeck!

I brought my dog in for scratching, and the vet did a thorough examination and found a deep stabbed hot spot on his rear-end. The care to my boy was over the top. He did all he could in the office so I wouldn't have to deal with that issue at home. What a professional!
