Description We try to prevent (all types) German Shepherds (plus mixes) from being taken to the shelters. Shepherds do not do well in shelters. We facilitate between current owners and new owners to find great families for this amazing breed. We are also a Rescue for 'Urgent' status shepherds.

KnJs Shepherd Haven is truly an AWESOME caring couple that makes sure these German Shepherds get a good home and really care about these beautiful dogs and it just doesn't end when you sign the papers and put the dog in the car and leave, they make sure the dog and its human are totally compatible and good match. Not only did I get a sweetheart of a Shepherd, I also have gotten friends for a lifetime! Thank you for a great no pressure and easy experience! I would not drove 3 1/2 hours to get my fur-ever friend if I didn't believe in KnJs Shepherd Haven!

We worked with KnJs to rehome our German Shepherd. Despite the unfortunate situation we were in, our experience with KnJs was top notch! They are very responsive, detail oriented, and really have a dedicated heart for getting these dogs into new homes with caring owners. They were able to help find our dog a wonderful new home- and were with us every step of this process. Thank you so much!

Knjs Shepherd Haven is outstanding they were prompt in answering me from the beginning and have helped us out tremendously throughout this whole process. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to rescue and adopt a GSD. We are overjoyed with our Luna.

KnJs Sheperd Haven is surely a credit to our GSD population. Raquel completes the job she starts and places the dogs in the proper homes. She helped me get a 2 year old German Shepherd out of an extremely bad situation. Apparently the girl wasn't doing well enough to please her owners and Raquel made it a good fit and now a better life for a wonderful dog. She is someone you can put your trust in because she cares. If anyone is looking to rescue or adopt one of these precious dogs, I'm sure she would be more than happy to find the pup that's perfect.

We adopted from KnJs and it was an easy experience. Very communicative and clear with instructions. Also checks in to see how we are doing. We are happy with our experience and our new dog.

Had a great experience! Kel answered all my questions , concerns , and was speedy with the rehoming details. I met Tomato and he turned out to be a great fit ! We love him so much.
