Just got my auto and rental insurance policy transferred from another agent to Aimee Smith with a smooth and supportive process. In general, I’m using Shelter Insurance as my primary insurance for my apartment and car since 2020. It been a lovely experience working with different agents. Only used once on road assistance for my car to be jumped start, the guy was on site for service hardly in 15 min after calling for assistance. Competitive policy prices and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Aimee Smith has fully earned the nickname Misses Incredible. She has shown the absolute utmost in professionalism, while extending a small, home town level of customer service.
