They do a fantastic job with day care for our two little dogs Wally and Franklin. I tried quite a few day cares when we moved to Columbus and our guys enjoy coming here the most. Great, hardworking staff that seem to really love all the dogs. Lastly, we recently used Mary for grooming our new rescue dog. We had tried twice in a month at another place and they said it would be impossible to do which was very frustrating and expensive. She was able to do it on the first, and then let him hang out in the grooming space afterwards with other dogs to get him more comfortable with the sounds and smells of the grooming salon for next time. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

I absolutely recommend “All Tails R’ Waggin” as a daycare/ boarding facility! Initially we were hesitant to leave our dog because we were going out of the country for 16 nights and this was her 1st time staying at an official boarding facility (rather than family) Our Ultimate 4 Reasons: 1. Large size of runs/rooms to stretch, sleep on back, etc. 2. Physical walls in Deluxe suites to reduce sound/smell 3. Ability to interact/exercise with people/ dogs without having to participate in just daycare everyday, all-day 4. Great Prices, comparable to competitors and actually a bit cheaper when we tallied up all the add-ons we wanted at AllTails versus other locations (AllPaws) This was our experience in Dec. 2023 with the facility, staff, and prices. We'll continue to use this amazing facility to board our dog. Thank you AllTails Team! Our Situation: Dog 1 yr 5 mths Golden Irish Setter mix Her 1st boarding experience Spent 16 nights (17 days) at AllTails, Dec 13-Dec 29 Reserved Deluxe/Elite Suite Rotated Add-ons every other day ex) Day A: ½ day Daycare, 1 Picture, ex) Day B: Fetch w/ video, Cuddle Time Opted for Extra Bedding, Holiday Digital Photo, Bath on final day Free Medical Administration (Fish Oil + Probiotic) w/ Elite Pros: -Facility tours -Clean (floors not full of fur/sticky) -Washed bedding (washing machines in-use during tour) -Employees kind, friendly, receptive to questions, reassuring, & diligent Internal video surveillance/ cameras -Vet nearby for emergencies *not onsite, but within short drive -Fire alarm system & Liability Insurance -Board different animal species (dogs, cats, pocket pets) -Prompt email/ phone communication between owners and staff -LARGE run/room sizes compared to competitors Physical/Solid walls in Deluxe rooms -Generous Room Accommodations (Water bowl, Raised beds, Extra Bedding) -Daily all dogs get 3 (15 minute) outdoor exercise/potty breaks, individually not in group *Deluxe gets 4 (15 minute) -Water ALWAYS accessible in room (*plus you can request your dog’s food also be left out if they are a slow eater/grazer like ours) -Tailored social participation with different add-ons for exercise, relaxation, feeding/meds, and pictures. *Dogs do NOT have to attend daycare all day, everyday, to be boarded here unlike other facilities. Examples of some boarding packages/add-on options: Full or Half Day Doggie Daycare Photo Per Day or 1 Picture+1 Video per day Extra Play Time Fetch w/ video 10 min Leash Walk Extra Cuddle Time or Relaxation Massage Various Treat/ Nail Trim or Bath -Our dog was happy to return for daycare Cons: -Daycare is not included in boarding -Each add-on is an additional cost per day (turned out to be cheaper for us than the add-ons at other places, plus our dog got more 1-on-1 time ) -Only 6 units per pet or 15 items Max per family (wish this was adjusted based on length of stay) No live-video feed for owners to view at anytime of the daycare/rooms (we got use to this accommodation at AllPaws) Healthcare Highlight: I was especially pleased with how the AllTails Team dealt with a small health issue that occurred with our dog and their clear communication with us. Our dog has a bit of a sensitive stomach, yet we decided to add-on a kibble topper treat for Christmas Eve and Day (we should’ve known better, but we felt guilty leaving her over the holidays), it caused diarrhea during the last few days of her stay. They called us all the way in Germany to discuss our options and proactively took a SNAP test just in case. Although the SNAP was positive, they respected our decision to give Sadie 24-hours to work it out of her system (unless it got drastically worse) and touch base with us the next day. Lily (a manager) gave us another update call the following day where we agreed to have Sadie taken to the nearby vet and share the results with her personal vet. Lily went above and beyond to reassure us of Sadie’s safety and gave us continuous updates on her health throughout the process; I can’t thank her enough!

I love this place. The staff is great, and Bogey always comes home dog tired! lol. I have had him groomed before, but I am not sure he has ever looked so handsome!

After a recommendation and a tour of the facility, we decided to board our 5 month old puppy while on vacation and enrolled him the obedience classes. They sent a daily picture each day, and our puppy looked so happy. When we picked him up, the trainer spent time with us reviewing the skills our dog learned and learning how to continue them at home. From the time we stepped in until the time we picked up our dog, we knew he was being well cared for and loved. We will definite use them again for boarding. I would recommend this to anyone looking for daycare, boarding, and/or obedience classes.

We have been happy customers of All Tails for over 20 years! They have taken wonderful care of my dogs. I'm able to leave town and not worry, knowing he'll be well cared for, snuggled and safe. Every single teammate clearly loves dogs, and the whole culture there is like a family. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

We have boarded our dogs with All tails for more than 20 years now. From our German Shepherd to our mini schnauzers and now our basset hounds, the staff does a wonderful job interacting with them, lavishing them with love, and keeping them safe. They know our boys by sight and are always excited to see them, almost as much as the boys are excited to be going to daycare. There is nowhere else that we would even think to board.
