Dr. K was amazing! He gave us information no other vet has ever given us anywhere else! We asked if we could have him every visit after our first visit because he was the best! He even interacted with our 7 month old baby! Asked several times about any questions and answered any questions in detail! He’s truly amazing! Also here’s a pic of our cute pup Koda!

I do not recommend Valley Hospital. Recently, my dog was diagnosed with pneumonia there, and we encountered significant issues with the care provided. Despite being assured by Dr. McFadden that medication would be prescribed, upon my husband's visit to pick up our dog, we were surprised to find that no prescription had been provided. This oversight led to a delay in treatment and unnecessary discomfort for our pet. During a subsequent follow-up appointment, Dr. McFadden inquired about the prescribed medication that had not been issued, revealing a concerning lapse in communication. In addition to these communication issues, I found Dr. McFadden's manner to be unprofessional and dismissive. She criticized the homemade meals I prepare for my dog, despite the positive impact these meals have had on my dog's health, such as the absence of tear stains and dry skin issues. As a result of these experiences, I have lost confidence in Valley Hospital and will seek care elsewhere for my pet in the future. Edit: to respond back to the company. Dr K has been our first choice for our pets care for years. His staff was previously extremely friendly and helpful, but recently we haven’t been able to get appointments in a timely manner, especially for emergency situations, and drop ins are no longer offered. Not sure if they need another vet on their team, or to stop accepting new patients for a while, but we don’t feel like Valley Animal Hospital has time for us anymore. We’ll unfortunately be seeking care elsewhere.
