An excellent self-serve dog wash. Good products, towels provided, even aprons to help keep you dry while you get your dog nice and clean. Nice, helpful owners -- I have mobility issues and they even got a chair for me to use. I love the machines -- smart and easy to use, and there's three stalls so hardly ever a line, I bet. Reasonable price and a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Long hours, too, which makes it easy to use. I love the fencing around each self-serve tub, which ensures that your dog stays where you want them to be but gives them a chance to move about and shake a bit once you've pulled them out of the tub. All around smart design and good experience. Wish there was one a bit closer to me, but this place is worth the trip.🐕

Best find at 8:00pm on Easter Sunday! Our pups got all muddy after playing at the dog park and they came out very happy and clean after the self-wash station experience. Although it was half an hour away, it was the closest and it was worth the drive. We are traveling and stopped in Akron to visit family, so it is definitely marked as Favorites on my Maps! Quick note/suggestion: add additional money into the machine BEFORE the end of the cycle to earn more time. Don't wait until you're done with your 10 minutes.

Love this place! I've never been to a self serve dog wash before, and this was the closest to us. (30min drive). We just bought a house and didn't wanna use our bathtub to bathe our dog. That's how I have bathed her her whole life and I'm just sick of bending down, cleaning out the tub etc. It was so nice to stand up straight while washing her, to not have to worry about our tub/bathroom getting dirty and buying bathing products. I love that each dog wash station is separated so even if your dog doesn't get along with other dogs they have their own space. And I love that there are multiple stations. Towels are provided, and in case your dog has an accident they provide clean up products too. They have it all! My dog is a senior who has had a recent knee surgery and they have a ramp to enter the building which my doggo appreciated. The wash stations themselves are very nice and you honestly get plenty of time to wash your dog. I love that the product mixes in with the water so your dog is constantly saturated with product for a deep clean. And it's not just soap and water. There's shampoo, conditioner, flea treatment (which is a natural tee tree oil treatment) and it all smells so good and lasts. When I gave her baths myself at home she never smelled this good and for this long. And her fur is so soft! The hose the water/product comes out of has different pressure options which actually helped my dog de-shed alot and get stains out of her fur. (She has white fur). Also, a big thank you for showing us the ropes! We were asked if it was our 1st time and were shown how everything works step by step. Really appreciate it! Another thing I love about this place is their store in the building next door. I stopped in after my dogs bath to get her a treat and it's probably the best pet store I've been too. Huge selection. And of high quality products too. And the staff was super friendly. Asked if I needed anything and when they found out it was my 1st time there they gave me free samples and even throughly explained their rewards program. All in all I'm sold on never bathing my dog at home again. I will continue to make the drive for her baths and to shop at the store! I only wish you guys had more locations that are closer to me :)
