Your employee Bridger changed my whole day. I came in to buy an engraved dog tag for my boyfriend’s weenie dog Molly, who had passed away a few months ago. I was purchasing it as a memorabilia to put in a shadow box frame along with other photos and trinkets. We were trying to figure out how to maximize the space on the dog tag, and he was willing to try different phrases as many times as we needed to see what fit perfectly. Luckily we got it on the first try! . I wish I knew the other girls name who helped as well. She was showing me websites that make stuffed replicas of your dog! Bridger even paid for the dog tag I bought. I literally cried! It’s very rare that you get someone who is being a genuine human being as a cashier, but these two went above and beyond for me, and I will always go back to this location for this reason.

Best shopping experience I have had…anywhere! I stoped in for some wet food for my cat. I just needed a couple of cans to hold them over until the shipment arrived. Both the gentleman working were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I am dropping my Amazon subscription and will be back to Mud Bay! 6 out of 5 stars!

Good pet store in Sherwood with doggie treats bar sold by the pound. Staff is friendly. Fred (shown in picture) gets his mani-pedi done at Guardian Vet next door, so that's how I found Mud Bay. Maybe call it Pet Bay or Muddie Pets to attract more customers. Just a suggestion. Fred's treats favs are peanut butter molasses, sweet potato, and bacon cheese. It seems like a well run pet store without the corporate feel. Staff friendly, well trained, and professional. Check em out for a happy pet stuff store in Sherwood.

Wonderful staff! Very helpful with giving me samples of food for my super picky cat! I was able to return and purchase the food he liked and he's back to eating like he should!

This location is fantastic. Always well stocked, super friendly service, wide open space with great lighting. We purchased an amazing, locally made cat tree here a couple years back and my kitties both still LOVE IT! The gentleman helping me was caring and deliberate about his kind customer service. He helped load it up, and ensured that it was probably tied down. I swing by often, and will continue. Thank you Mudbay Sherwood!
