Took my dog here to be spayed. When I booked the appointment over the phone, and when she was examined at the appointment, never once was I asked about whether or not she was in heat prior to surgery, nor did they notice until I got a call when they had already medicated her for surgery, stating that they would have to charge more money because she is in heat. If I would have been asked or told about this, I would have waited for them to do the surgery, not necessarily because of money, but come to find out from my own research, it's more risky and takes longer when they are in heat. I've never owned a female dog until now, so I had no idea. I agree with other reviews that there's a lot of pushing to sell you on things and spend more money.

I love how involved this office is with HART of Cincinnati and Animal Friends Humane Society. Any steward of homeless animals deserves a 5+ star rating from me.

Our visit to My Pet’s Vet-Mason to see Dr England was great. From the front desk staff, the techs to the great doctor, we were kept informed of what was going on. The doctor went over our options and what to expect. This is a wonderful place to take your pets and exotic animals!

My little Georgy just got fixed there the other day and those lady's took super good care of my boy. I highly recommend this place. You can tell they really care for the animals. Thank you so much

All the staff are very friendly. You can tell that they truly like working with your pets! New visit 1/25/24 - My dog Bear likes all of the staff he meets here. The wellness plans save you a lot of money. 4/17/2024 we enjoyed our visit. Will be back

Had a Saturday situation with one of my dogs. Even though busy the office got us in at 12:30pm. Called the open 24 hour Care center for us where all went well. Professional and caring from the front desk to the Vet. Jerry and I thank you.
