Despite all the negative interviews I can only tell everyone this much.the pharr control officers who have responded and listened to my concerns have been extremely courteous and professional. Krista and Sam have gone above and beyond in listening to my concerns. They have been extremely helpful and professional and were very helpful in every way shape and form. Please citizens take some time and appreciate their services they work around the clock and they do what they can and appreciate their services. If I could give them a 10 star rest assured I would. To Sam and Krista thank you for your service and professionalism. Be safe out there

They come in when my gate is closed and they just traspass into my garden just to tell me that my dogs have been out . When infact i have cameras all around my house and my dogs never got out once. They just confused them with another dogs that look like them. But when they leave all the street dogs go running behind them in their truck . And i know they see them , they just lazy and just want to get paid by giving out tickets.

Worst place ever if I could rate with no stars I will rate it negative stars we paid 200 dollars to pick up our dog he was wet like they just tried to wash off all the pee and poop he had his white fur coat was not even white no more it was Yellow like yellow yellow he smelled really bad like he was a street dog when in fact his a house dog that we take good care of we called multiple times to tell them he is allergic to stuff especially chicken he came home with a big rash fleas ticks and a big infection in his ear so this will traumatize him for life so anyone that has a dog there go get your dog they treating them badly

To whom it may concern I called pharr animal control to come get a dead animal from under our home... mind you I live in a trailer park and what I was told was is that I had to locate the pest myself. After I had called about a month ago informing them that  we had random possums rowming around the neighborhood. They never came to check or put traps and today i called the animal control office and the lady at the front desk said that we have to catch them ourselves then call them and for any dead animals we find or locate we would need to call them once we find the dead animal but that they would not dig or remove the dead animal themselves. Now my question is what exactly dose animal control do ? Sencerly Juana Porras
