I called this shelter needing help with 9 kittens that were DUMPED on my elderly grandmas property. My grandma kept them for a week trying to find homes for them and she hasn’t been able to. The lady on the phone was very rude from the beginning & this shelter tried charging my grandma $225 to drop the cats off. For kittens that were dumped illegally on an elderly women’s property. When I explained to the lady that my grandma is 80 & doesn’t work and can’t do that her tone got even more rude. Wouldn’t recommend. Read the reviews below me, this shelter obviously doesn’t care about the animals that come in.

They refused to allow me to adopt any of their cats just because I have a dog! I explained to them that my dog has lived with cats and it’s never been an issue, but they don’t care. These animals need loving homes yet they make adopting so difficult. Sad.

This place is absolutely horrible. Their customer service is disgusting they do not care about the animals at all or helping out the members of their community such a massive waste of tax payers money.

Would not let me adopt a dog because I already had 2. Manager is a real piece of work so hateful and very rude. Will never go there again. Shared this experience with all my family and friends.

Went there for the TCAP reduced vaccines and flea treatments. They have awesome prices and excellent service.
