I had my first tour of this business today. I was very impressed at the cleanliness and orderliness. They have kittens of every color and size, and they're well taken care of. If you're looking for a kitten, and sometimes an adult, this is the place to check out. 🤩

I called the other day to see if they offer spay/nueter or if they were just a rescue I have 3 cats that need fixed, cats keep showing up at my property. I left a voice message since they were closed with my name phone number and let them know if they called me between 8 and 430 I would be working. The lady called me while I was at work (I work at home) I was in the middle of a call I didn't want to miss her call since they have very short hours so I answered the phone and said Hey I'm working just give me a minute since I was still on a call. I put her on mute so I could finish the call with the customer; I could hear everything she was saying. All of the calls I complete for my job are recorded and graded if I miss anything I could fail a call and lose my job. So while I'm trying to finish up this call she's on the line complaining that I put her on hold, talking about she said one minute I'm not gonna give her more than a minute, she could've at least put some hold music on here, etc on and on... LADY you called my personal number not a business like I just have random hold music for you to listen to. She made everything all about her, it was very off putting and I get that they're volunteers and their time is valuable too but not everything is all about you. My time is also valuable. It's called MUTUAL RESPECT. She was very nasty and it was very disappointing. I've lost some faith in humanity because of her and her bad attitude. My customer was even like "whose that mean lady in the background" ugh

Pam was so helpful to me, getting my cat "Cali" to be fixed. She and her staff was so polite and helped me with some purchases there, especially the boxed animal carrier. Pam also had room sprays, collars, etc ...which I purchased. I highly recommend this place! God Bless💞
