Traumatic and horrifying for my pet and myself. The staff was very kind, compassionate and accommodating. However, this was the rudest veterinarian I have ever come across. I do not recommend her. Dr Sorenson told me that my Harness was " stupid ". She was more concerned about my dog's "clothing " than the real issue. She snapped at me when. I tried to show her a video. She said she already knew what was going on. I tried to explain to Dr Sorenson and she repeatedly told me to stop talking. Numerous rude comments including a comment about my dog coming from a drug house. If I want comments about my dog's "clothing " I will go to SKIMS! In the end, my dog was not doing well and needed seek another vet. My dog was worse after taking her to this vet! Her bedside manor was appalling. the dog was muzzled and tranquilized. No one was hurt. Gladly Take her somewhere else better where the vet actually cares, i will happily pay the difference! Staff was not the issue as i stated previously. Dr You were. Those vet techs were not hurt and you know it! Stop lying! You gave her a shot to further seduce tranquilization. The dog had to be given a shot to reverse it. I have the receipt!!!! Again the staff was not rude. It was the Dr's Blatant disregard for this pets fear and pain. Shame on you doc!

Couldn't be happier with their professional, and comprehensive care of our dog when we were not regular patients, just passing through and had limited time available. They addressed all her issues including examination and X-rays besides unrelated allergies and ear infections that they treated and provided medications for. We highly recommend them.

Main Animal Hospital is a veterinarian hospital located in Payson, Arizona. It's located on Main Street. It's a nice little animal hospital with very friendly staff and a knowledgeable doctor. I just recently began bringing my little boy to his vet. So far I am very pleased with the service at this veterinarian hospital. I would recommend this place to anybody who needs a good and knowledgeable doctor and staff to take care of their fur babies.

The employees are very friendly. They even greet my pets when we arrive. The doctor actually gets down on the floor with my dog to make them at ease. They get treats and hugs. I'm kept abreast of the prognosis and pricing so there are no surprises. Love these guys!
